You are the diamonds in the snow,
You are the sun that melts my pain,

You are the graceful bird in flight,

I wish you weren't gone. but here instead.
We have you as an angel now.

Dear
Every time I hold your picture,
I cry a million tears.
Oh, I miss you so much each day.
Today & for always, my dear.
I find myself thinking about
the things we once did.
Of the beautiful gifts of you love
you made for me as a kid.
I think about the songs we sang
just to help you fall asleep.
And the memories you & I shared.
Are mine now to cherish & keep.
I treasure the memories of you.
And the beauty in your eyes.
Oh, every moment was precious with you.
But I never learned any good-byes.
I create a page to honor your memory.
And share it with family & friends.
Oh but I try to understand why you left.
And, I just can't seem to comprehend.
I can't understand why you went away.
But it's not for me to question why.
Still, as a Mom, I can't help but ask.
Only another Mom understands the tears I
cry.
I hear songs that describe my heartbreak.
It's a pain that won't go away.
And it's horrible to know that other Moms
are feeling this more & more each day.
But, today, as I sit and hold your picture,
tears have stained this face of mine.
I just wonder how long will
it take my broken heart to heal.
Oh, only your love will make it shine.
Yes, every time I hold your picture,
I cry a million tears.
And I miss you each & every day ...

One night I cried to Jesus
as I sat beneath the tree,
I looked into the open sky and hoped he'd
answer me.
I'm lost, dear Lord, I've travelled far but
I still seem to roam,
Please light the way and lead me, Lord; I
need to get back home.
I told him of my burdens and of the sadness
in my heart,
That from his gracious love I'd never felt
so apart.
Why did you take my child, Lord? I cannot
understand!
I am angry, Lord, I'm missing her, I'm
drowning in my sorrow,
Please help to heal my yesterday and face
each new tomorrow.
It was then I heard his gentle voice and
felt her presence near,
How I wanted to hold her as I cried another
tear.
She said, "Mommy, I'm an angel now, my
spirit will be free,
I'm an angel now in Heaven so please don't
cry for me.
I was chosen by our Lord above and now I'm
in his care,
When you need me, look inside your heart,
I promise to be there.
No one can ever take away our bond with one
another,
For I'll always be your precious child
as you will always be my mother.
So if you cannot find your way or the road
to home seems far,
Just look up to the heavens and I'll be your
guiding star."
She said, "Mommy, I'm an angel now, my
spirit will be free,
I'm an angel now in heaven -- no need to cry
for me.
